The Skyscapers are Coming ! The Skyscapers are Coming !
The so-called needle skyscrapers are dramatically transforming the Manhattan skyline and confirming the widespread belief that Manhattan is the world's number one choice for real estate investment. These buyers are typically not "occupants" as they may only live in these aeries a few weeks a year, but at 1.400 feet can we really call these "pieds-à-terre" ?
